New to the site and heard from another forum this would be the place to get some help on picking out a new summer bag. I have been rocking my old moonstone for years and would really like to upgrade by getting a new lightweight sleeping bag for the summer time. I have a nemo sonic 0 for the winter and love how roomy it is with the girth dimensions being 69’63’56 on the shoulders, hips, knees. I toss and turn a lot when I sleep so I want a summer bag or quilt to be as wide as possible with plenty of room to move around but also want to stay as lightweight as possible. Wanting the temperature range to be anywhere 25-35. I’ve never had a quilt but am open to getting one. So far from what I’ve found the four bags that are around the same dimensions, weight, and temperature are.....
Feathered Friends Flicker
Nunatak UL Alpinist
Both Enlightened Equipment sleeping bags
Montbell Down Hugger
I have looked at almost every single sleeping bag company there is and have only found these to be contenders but maybe there’s something i may not know of hoping to find something lighter in weight or if not which one of these four would you recommend? Thanks in advance for any help!
