Hello, I wanted to introduce myself. I am an avid outdoorsman that has just picked up this Hammock bug. I enjoy backcountry fly fishing and am planning another 4 day smoky mountains trip soon. This time I will not be on the ground but in my Dutchware Halfzipped that I picked up on this forum. Moving to a hammock has saved me atleast 6lbs and even more when I get a real topquilt (let me know if you have a regular or regular wide 20 degree you want to sell).

My son and I spent one night there back in August. It’s a beautiful spot and I need to go again. I live in middle Tennessee and it’s not very far.

I live in Murfreesboro. I’ll be headed to the Smokies soon as well. I’ll be doing some back country Tenkara fly fishing. Where are you located?

I’m from Memphis. It’s been 15 yrs since my son and I camped and fished in the Smokies.Would love to go again. Count me in if a group of Fly Fishers want to hike and hammock and fish.

Greetings from a couple states North! I have a good friend who just moved to Murfreesboro about a year ago. I used to head up into the mountains to fly fish when I lived in SC and sure do miss it. I am looking forward to some trip reports with photos if y'all get together!
