First night hanging

I also tried my first night in the hammock this week. The temp was around 50 degrees, and I was a little chilled even with a pad. I'm cold all the time, though. So, I now have Wookie on order. I was surprised at just how comfortable it is! Have been lurking/searching the forums here. Good stuff.

Looks like a nice spot to hang. Ill be making some adjustments to my setup before I go out to the woods with it in a couple weeks. Should make it significantly more comfortable.

Practice makes perfect! Having a dry run in the backyard only makes it easier once you're out in the woods. Building confidence in your set up skills and gear goes a long way. Try doing it in the dark, in the rain, or when it's cold out to get experience in a variety of conditions.
