Well if you might be wrong, I guess it is anyone's guess!

But 13 or 14 feet sounds about right, since I do think this hammock requires about 15 ft between the trees. More distance than most. So it makes sense that the Apex buckles would need to be between 6" and a couple of feet shorter than that.

Skyy, do this- as others have said: adjust for yourself and what you find perfect. Or, adjust so that there is a slight reverse banana curve( opposite of the normal GE shape) That usually gets it for me with most all my bridges. But then, take your phone app or whatever and fine tune the suspension adjustment for 25 degrees, which is what I believe WBG has always recommended. Then attach your RL for that exact length that is now present between the apex. That should do it.
