Other than the lower suspension lines, it looks like just a regular bridge.

    Assuming that

Remarkably stable just by adding lower suspension

I have one like that, called a draumr

this does look interesting, but lack of bugnet is a non-starter

Haven't tried the draumr...but it does look comfy. Looks like it might need a bigger tarp for that 90°degree coverage, than I'm used to.

As we speak, Indrek is working feverishly on a bugnet model in the far away land of Estonia.

    just different dimensions

a superfly will work with it np, but you only need a 9 foot ridgeline

either way tho, keep this up to date with what your buddy is doing. it's always interesting to see new approaches to old ideas

His Indiegogo page is now up & running.
A wider version is now a option.

...a Bugnet version is also in the pipeline.

I bought & customized the initial Aussie pass-it-forward model to suit myself.

Added smaller diameter coloured dyneema rope, descender rings & new webbing.
Went as light as Spiderweb 1.5 for webbing (but that curled up like rope under tension, its slippery & needed to be flattened again before rolling up, which is a pain). So went up a notch to the Spider/poly combo...weighs slightly more but has much better friction & hold its webbing shape.
    Plus added a bugnet.

I'm curious......what would prevent you from just adding a 2nd suspension triangle to any other bridge hammock this way?
