Well, I've been holding off posting, but we finally got everything back today. My hubby and I are closing on our first home tomorrow! So, I'll be moving instead of hanging. I hope y'all have a great weekend and maybe I'll make it next time!

I'm still looking forward to this hang, but trying to decide whether to bring Freia or not. I may not own enough dog towels. Between rain storms it can be beautiful this time of year.

Saturday, there is a car show in town. It's called the southeast Autorama. I will probably head in to look at all of the old cars, since it sounds like there's no way to kayak just class 1 rapids.

Is there laundry at the blackberry blossom site? I did laundry last week, but put it up a little too camp and got mildew smell. This was all caused from me not wanting to overheat the permethrin that's treated on my clothes. On the plus side, my beagle really loves my smelly bag of clothes. It's her currently favorite pillow.

There's laundry at a local hostel, but I would rather be able to do it on site there (understanding that there might be a cost).

I will be bringing my two girls, and they both need more socialization. I have an extra shammois if you need to borrow it. I've also made them hiking and sleeping clothes. My beagle loves hers so much, that she will fall asleep while sitting. I've never seen that before.

What a beautiful location. The drive to the site reminds me of an Irish stream
