OK, I've been planning my food and looking over the spreadsheet. Looks like there are a lot of TBD's that need to be filled in. It helps us all to determine what to bring to go with what someone else is bringing.

I am bringing a Dutch Oven Table, Gas Grill that has a stove eye for my Coffee Pot and anyone else that needs to cook on it may use it and also the DO Table.

Someone could get a box of trash bags and maybe some dish soap to clean up with.

There is plenty of wood there to be purchased for the fire pit and they are going to stock up on ice.

Can anyone think of anything else? Lets plan......

I will put some trash bags and small bottle of soap in my box. I am going to bring my two burner camp stove as well for the meals with pots for cooking stuff if anyone wants to use it.

I havn't been to this area before. Is there going to be an area with picnic tables or something to set everything up on for the meals?

Yes we will have pop-ups with tables under them to spread the food out on. And there are a coupe picnic tables for camp stoves and such. Bring a chair to sit around the main fire pit that's right in front of the camp store where the band will be on the porch, It'll all be right there together by the pond.

Such a great hang! Unfortunately Big Bill and I will not be able to attend this year. Celebrating our anniversary last year at the Hootenanny was memorable. Maybe next year. Enjoy yourselves y'all.

I am in the area, and can help with anything at the campsite prior to the hang.

As for food, I am willing to fill in with a meal somewhere..... But, was waiting to see what others are bringing, so that we get variety.

I've got a bottle of Dr bronners for the hang, that should be enough for every person.

I will bring Dr pepper lemonade, a new concoction that I made for hikers. It is easily one of my favorite drinks.

For the rafting, does anyone have a kayak paddle and a vest that I could use? I have a brand new raft, that I am looking forward to trying. I hope the water isn't too cold.

Hey all! The Detail Crew will sadly have to bail this year. D1 had an auto accident last weekend and broke both of her feet. She is doing well otherwise, and is learning to navigate the world from a new mobility standpoint using a wheelchair. The outlook looks good for full recovery, just gonna take some time. We're gonna miss all of you. Have fun! See y'all next year!
