Has anyone ever put a memory foam mattress topper in an indoor hammock?
Would you be willing to try it and report the results? I don’t have one to test.
I am looking to improve side sleeping for my setup.
Thanks.

That triggered instant claustrophobia. Ugh. You probably be better served rigging a blanket underneath the hammock then putting egg crate in the hammock. That's just a reaction. I've been wrong before
I was thinking of getting a sheepskin for my Brazilian indoor. Wonder how that would work?

i tried a memory foam mattress topper i even cut one down to size i did not like it i probley could have done a better job cutting it but even so it just did not feel right. though i might try a cheaper mattress topper down the road i have seen some cheaper ones.
i was thinking about a sheepskin in my hammock but i never tried it i would like to hear if anyone else has. right now i settled for using 2 hammocks and setting a pad in between them with a sheet on top and when its time to get in. i wrap both ends around me laying in the middle , that is working pretty well though its definitely not perfect, but better then what i have tried before. sleeping in a hammock definitely means trial and era.

Maybe even some error thrown into the mix?
Currently I have a DH DL Sparrow set up with a 1/2" Evazote CCF pad between the double layers. The Evazote sticks well and stays put in a diagonal position ever since I put it in and canted it at an angle. It is a wide pad, i.e. 25". I use a Regular Synmat 7 on top of the hammock that I can easily scooch into a diagonal after I get in. I like to have it so that my feet are just off the edge and that prevents any heel pressure. Although I have wider Syn and Downmats, the Regular works fine when mated up with the CCF between the layers because if my arms come off the pad they are still kept warm by the CCF. However, I keep the house cool and I am not a sweaty person, so sleeping on top of the Synmat with a sleeping bag as a top quilt hasn't been a problem.
o good lord i think i wrote that post a bit late yes error was what i meant * BLUSH*
i use a klymit v pad its really wide which is good and bad there are times it can get out of hand, though if its not fully inflated its enough that i dont need an extra pad

If you need memory foam for your hammock maybe you should try a bed
Been there as well, results were not very good. Too hot.
I sleep on my side fairly frequently. But I also basically have to sleep in the fetal position in a ball occupying the lowest portions of the hammock. Stretching it tighter to decrease the angle of sag doesn’t really help and creates its own problems. I find using a pad helps add stiffness to allow for a slightly more straight and thus extended side-sleep if that makes sense.
The other trick I recommend is a pillow of some sort between your knees. And when I'm outside, I am able to use my puffy jacket as an adequate pillow by shoving it in the arm and making it long instead of a little thicker.
Take my experience with a grain of salt. I’m guessing this is one of those things that is different for everyone and what I find comfortable may not suit you.

Have used sheep skin but have put a wool blanket under me. Not real comfortable as it moved around but was a whole lot warmer than nothing.
