Introducing myself and a few of the items that I make. Autumn Ultralight

Hello everyone, good to meet you all! My name is Anne Marie and I've been making custom hammock and tarp suspensions for a while now and I wanted to share some of my work with you. I've decided to call my company Autumn Ultralight based off of my favorite season and my trail name Autumn Leaf.

I make some pretty unique continuous ridgelines and split ridgelines that are very easy to use.

These are made from 650 lb Dyneema/UHMWPE and come in 30 or 40 feet and your choice of green, yellow, blue, and black.

This ridgeline features a no hardware button knot on the fixed end, a toggle lock on adjustable end, and NamaClaws to attach your tarp. I give you small matching continuous loops to larkshead onto your tarps ridgeline tie outs to attach to the NamaClaws. This is all about simplicity and ease of use for the ultralight hammock camper.

These are different then some of the other no hardware options because my method uses a button knot that is a permanently spliced fixture made into the end of the ridgeline itself. It requires no additional parts, loops, prussiks, or hardware of any kind to attach it to the tree.

I make some other items too including NamaClaw based stake tie outs for your tarps, whoopie slings with no hardware connections, and a few other variations of ridgelines as well as tree straps.

I can custom make cohesive tarp and hammock suspension systems that are extremely easy to use yet very lightweight. Custom work is available too. If you have any ideas please let me know and I will try my best to accommodate.

    My Website is www.autumnultralight.com

And If you would like to see some more of my gear you can follow along on my Instagram

Here are some photos of the gear I make in use. I will post a couple of videos showing how to use everything as well.

Thank you Phantom! I was trying to come up with a nice simple method to use a ridgline that I can even do in the winter with gloves on. This was the end result.

Here are a couple of videos that I made on how to use the system.

How to use the button knot to attach the fixed end to a tree.

Here is how you use the toggle lock on the adjustable end of the ridgeline to tension and lock off your ridgeline.

This video shows the ridgeline in use.

No, I actually don't use Dynaglide at all for the ridgelines or tarp tie outs. This is Dyneema AKA UHMWPE designed for arborist and kite surfing applications.

I have made whoopie slings out of Dynaglide though.
