I use the same pillow. I removed about half of the fill though. Now it's lighter and works much better for me.

I use one of those travel pillows that wraps around my neck. I can sleep on my back with my head elevated just fine. If I turn on my side, it does ok, but I have to hold it with my arms around it so it stays in place. I may try to find an inflatable version of it, as it will fit in my pack much better.

I use a Klymit Pillow X Ultralight inflatable. The top and bottom are bonded in an X and the X cradles my head and supports my neck. I put a couple breaths in it then tuck it under my neck all the way down to my shoulders. Then I let air out slowly until the back of my head almost touches the hammock and it feels right. If I roll onto my side, I usually have to add a little air.
