WarBonnet MountainFly Tarp SilPoly is it PU Coated?

Is the WarBonnet MountainFly SilPoly Tarp PU Coated?

Website just says SilPoly but the inside and the outside feels different. Also looks a little darker and shinier on inside vs outside.

I read different seam sealers should be used with SilPoly vs PU.

If it’s not PU coated why doesn’t it look/feel the same on both sides?

No both are silicone, its just alot thicker on the inside
