    Going to couch issue

I've returned to sleeping in my hammock at home, but have been waking up and moving to the couch, sometimes because of post nasal drip which I did by taking an antihistamine. Other times, I'll go to the couch for no known reason, where I might side sleep or back sleep. I suspect that my feet want to have a little more separation, compared to their more intimate connection in the hammock. In protest, they message my subconscious saying, "move to the couch."

I want to stop that subversive message. Maybe by going to sleep with a seven to nine inch thick pillow between my feet.

    Thoughts or comments?

    Cheers!

I slept full-time in my hammock for three months when I had a back problem. However, whenever I woke up for the early-morning pee break, I always went to sleep in the bed for the last couple of hours of snooze time.

If you're getting a good night's sleep, why do you care where you got it?

    I have a 3 bio break rule.

If I get up more than 3 times to twinkle I go to the couch.

I would say to start monkeying around with your hammock setup. It wasn't until I got my Hang angle right that the hammock flattened out enough where I can spread out. Forgive me if this is redundant but if you've got that hammock stretched too tight it's going to Banana burrito you into one position.

Like others have said, when I wake up for my nightly bio break, many nights I will sleep on the sofa for the rest of the night. As long as I sleep, I am good.

Check out Just Bill’s luxury hammock. It will give you all the space you need. A slightly deflated air pad (wide) works wonders! Check this model out. https://www.massdrop.com/buy/massdro...referer=VTKL75

Yes, try a bridge hammock. No feet on top of one another and side sleeping is easy.
