You could try heated underwear......https://www.amazon.com/FERNIDA-Elect...ated+underwear
Heated pants....https://www.ventureheat.com/12-base-...ted-pants.html
Or maybe try an underquilt protector around it all. Could help. I do use a small square of reflectix from time to time to warm my buttocks then slip it away in the early AM. Helps. Or an almost deflated Thermarest sit pad.
Hope you find some good buttocks warmth.

Thanks to all. So much help and so many great ideas. I will be experimenting hanging from the rafters in the attic (My wife calls be "Batman")
If all else fails I can imbibe my Linville Gorge Famous "Kick A Poo Joy Juice". Still be cold, but not care!
I THOUGHT GETTING OLDER WOULD TAKE MUCH LONGER.
My standard procedure when I have a problem is to either ask "what changed?" or simply change something. In your case I bet that migrating the down in your underquilt might just solve it.It could be that it has moved away from the middle and gone toward the ends.
If that does not do it then you might consider a quilt with a colder rating.Or it could be your suspensions need tweaking.I had a miserable night once that I mostly saved by moving the reflectix from my foot box to my lower back until my feet couldn't take it anymore.I then got up and tweaked my quilt suspension, climbed back in the hammock and was really comfortable for 30 minutes until everyone decided to get up early (EARLY!) and that's all I got to say about that.
Something that worked for my better half was to loosen the primary suspension a little. She too has the bottomous affliction and by letting the UQ 'drop' just a bit she was again comfortable. With a non-differential UQ you want the suspension set just snug to you and not tight as with a down/ dif. cut.
