I think I want a small stuffable pillow for my hammock. I mostly do hike in sites and prim camping but not thru hikes or super treks. Any opinions on which you like and why?

I use a u shaped travel pillow. It works pretty great but it does not pack down too small
I just stuff some clothes into a stuff sack or wrap them up in a fleece pullover.
I have a small pillow from HG. It's too small and doesn't provide enough support for me personally. These days I've been using whatever down or fleece jacket I have with me as a pillow. Works for well for me. The HG pillow is nice and very light. You said you wanted something small so it might be a good option. I have a thermarest pillow from when I was a ground sleeper and I find the HG to be more comfortable if it only had more support.
I use this Sea to Summit. https://www.rei.com/product/866771/s...pillow-premium
Its fine, does what its suppose to do, and compresses to the size of a tennis ball. It's not my full time home pillow...but I do like it.
I have tried a variety of different pillows but have been using a Klymit X pillow for the past couple of years. The X design keeps my head in place as it is not sliding around. It also weighs just under 2 ounces and deflates flat which makes for easy packing. I have used it down to 9 degrees
I am still 18 but with 53 years of experience !
Last year, on an impulse, i picked up a klymit X large (inflatable) pillow
it packs down smaller than a tennis ball, but inflates to an almost normal pillow size, and is surprisingly comfortable.
really liked it a LOT more than I was expecting
I don't like nylon against my face and many of the Hi-Tech pillow had filling that sounds like crunching Corn Flakes (right in your ear) every time I'd move - tried them out at REI.
I found one that was just air - no filler - and has a felt/cloth-ish side. Also, I have just a felt "bag" sewn in pillow shape and I can stuff clothes in that.
More often, when I use a pillow at all, it's for my knee area rather than my head. The hammock supports my head fine without it. If the pillow is near my head, often it is there primarily to keep the bug net or extra hammock nylon away from my face.

+1 for the Sea to Summit Premium pillow

I don't have one of these yet, but I've been thinking about getting one--Zpacks makes a Pillow Dry Bag (it's about halfway down the page at that link).
The outer bag is made from 1.0 Dyneema fabric and one side of the inside has a layer of microfleece, so you can turn it inside-out, stuff some clothes in it, and lay your head on the microfleece. They make them in two sizes.
There are a couple of reviews of the Pillow Dry Bag on YouTube. Here's one that made me really think about getting it, from Restless Outdoors:

He talks about some other pillows that he's tried, too.
