Thanks again George! Looking forward to hanging in temps ~15°F... or lower!

    Thanks.

BTW, I have the Z liner, and it works pretty good unless you want to go lower than about 35F.
For me it is more comfy, because it wraps my shoulders and feet better instead of being gathered at the ends, but this mod might not improve the uq for you, depending on your size and hammock. You'll see. It's not hard to modify yourself if needed anyway.
George's system is simpler to use: you just clip the carabiners at both ends and that's it. So if your are good like that, it is perfect!

That makes sense. I am *mostly* concerned about my feet. I often utilize the storage pockets on the Clark which helps around the torso, but I was looking to improve my comfort factor when the temps/wind dip lower than what the Z liner can handle. Frozen butt is one thing, but cold feet =no sleep!

I have the Z-liners that I use for both the Vertex and the NX-270. The velcro makes them hassle-free and gathered up nicely. Someone mentioned huge gaps but I didn't have any. They are good down to mid-upper 30's for me when dressed appropriately and saved my tail on a trip when we misjudged the temps in the valley compared with town. Bonus: the velcro means they stay put and don't slip and slide around like my regular down quilts do. Downside? They are not nearly as compact nor light as the down versions.
