I ordered a quilt from George, paid for it, and then a few weeks later, realized I had made a mistake, and didn't need it. So I asked him nicely if I could cancel the order. Luckily he hadn't made the quilt yet. He immediately refunded the payment, even absorbing the PayPal fees to do so.

I felt a bit guilty, so I will have to make it up by buying my next quilt from him (and not canceling it this time).

I called George to ask him about UQ length, and he couldn't have been more helpful. The next day I placed an order.

Fast forward nine weeks since my order in December. The website said that was the lead time, and I hadn't heard anything, so I sent an email to George last Wednesday. He responded later the same day, saying that he would check on the order. The following day I got a notice of shipment, Saturday I got the quilts, and last night I tested them out in the backyard. Snug as a bug in a rug.

I'm not really sure the last time I have had such excellent customer service. The quilts are expensive, but given the quality of the finished product (beyond my expectations) AND the quality of the CS that George provides, they are worth every cent. He's earned himself a customer for life! Thank you, sir!!
