Okay everyone, UGQ worked with me, and were able to modify my WL 15° underquilt. Specifically, they were able to add 4 oz of down and that eliminated the many voids in the down. As far as the top quilt goes, well, they were reluctant to attempt to remove the oversized snaps that helped give the footbox it's shape. Out of Curiosity only - As I have a Zero Degree TQ from Marty that I LOVE - but how did you get issues with your TQ from OWL? Their products seemed to be very durable and well made.
