Any German hangs the weekend of 23/24 Feb?

I have a work meeting in Heidelberg the week after.
If anyone’s planning a hang near Heidelberg or Frankfurt (and wants an extra attendee), let me know.

There are not many German members who post on HammockForums regularly. You will have better luck posting over at haengemattenforum.de. You can write in English - most Germans understand at least basic English. Just add a couple of sentences to introduce yourself. We have a members map where you can see who is located in the area. Unfortunately I'm too far away by European standards to just drop by for a hangout

    Thanks, anyway,

I had to book my travel already so will have to give it a miss.
When I'm back in Germany in summer I'll try that forum- I don't really do cold weather!

We are in the process of organizing a hang near Kassel from May 10th to 14th. I'll post an invitation here at a later point of time. Since we are still a very small community in Germany, we don't have many group hangs, yet. In the last years, we only had one large gathering per year in early summer. There have been a couple of smaller hangs - private meet-ups only, really - mostly near Berlin. But these are informal and inpromptu.
