    I made my own (well, I bought and cut, my wife sewed) from straps bought from Lincraft for a couple of dollars a metre.

    Most people use 25mm (1-inch) width - a good compromise between tree protection and tieability.
    Hey Chris, thanks for that, I actually have some straps at home that look pretty similar, will just need to get some loops put in em.
