As requested, I am offering an alternative to the MN Frozen Butt Hang on Jan 18 - 20, 2019. $$$
In addition, I am hosting the Feb 15 - 17, 2019 Da Shack Hang. This was first mentioned in the October / December hangs at da Shack, and some inmates signed up there. Hopefully I can get that page of the spreadsheet moved to this thread.

Location is 2 miles west of the Winter Sports Club grounds Near the village of Iola in central Wisconsin.

I hope I am able to come-I am new to this world of hammock enthsiasts. If I can make it, what does it cost and what, besides my gear, should I bring?

No costs involved.
Bring your gear and your food/snacks/libations.
If you want, you could bring some food.snacks. etc to share. Don't overdo it.

And ask if you need to borrow something usually we got enough people who usually have some extra gear

I am cancelling the January "Da Shack" Hang, as plans have changed, and I will be out of town that weekend.
