With some high winds a projectile branch pierced my Xenon Hex Tarp. It’s small whole near the lower edge of the tarp. Does anyone have suggestions for repair or something to keep the whole from getting bigger?

+1 on Tenacious Tape. Maybe a small disc-shaped piece applied to both sides of the tarp.

What the others said. You may also get away with using dabs of seal seal on both sides, but my first try would be Tenacious tape most likely.

Tenascious tape also. If you want a permanent fix, use a scrap of xenon and glue it over the hole with seam sealer. Xenon is a silpoly yes, use silent, or similar silicone.
Unless I'm mistaken, Tanacious tape isn't offered in a sil-compatible version??? I thought Xenon was a strictly silicone-impregnated waterproofed material - if I'm wrong and Xenon has a PU side, then the tape works great on it.
It works GREAT for non-sil repairs.
I used tenacious tape to repair my Silnylon warbonnet mamajamba and, after three years, and much use, it started to peal off. Coated the inside of the tape with a little silnet and ran a small bead along the edge, and it’s holding fine.

I used the sap from the same offending pine tree to make a temporary field expedient repair once. It worked so well, I never did any additional repair. I put a little dirt on it to keep it from sticking to other surfaces. That may be to messy for some folks sensibilities, but it didn't bother me.
Of course Tenacious tape is the best idea once you get some.
I sticks ok... what works best, is to stick a patch on both sides of the hole. That way the tape sticks to itself and seals the hole.
