Haven Tent Customer Service

I wanted to ask if anyone had any good contact information for the people at Haven Tent. I recently ordered a Haven XL and Tru Level Pad from their site. A friend had one at scout camp and I was very intrigued. Ordered the hammock and pad and set it up in my backyard to test it out before I take my kid's troop to camp. I always like to make sure things are right before actually going camping with it.

One of the spreader pole pockets ripped apart at the side when I was getting out of the hammock. Stitching seems awfully sketchy for that critical support but, figured maybe I just got a bad one. I have contacted them twice through their return portal on the site but haven't received any response from them in going on 4 days. There is no phone number contact listed and seems their support message is the only way to reach them.

Really need to get the hammock returned and replaced quick as summer camp is fast approaching. If anyone can put me in contact with someone with Haven Tent, I'd really appreciate it.

I had the same problem with two Haven XL and they were great at fixing the problem.Hammocks were replaced, on the last one they sent me rubber caps to put on the bars and I've been sleeping in the hammock for a year with no problems. We refer to your problem as the Haven Pop and Drop! It happened to one guy who was filming his review on U Tube.

I, too, am a bit frustrated because there isn’t a phone number. But, they have always responded to an e-mail. Sometimes it was faster than other times, but on Memorial Day, I was driving in the mountains, and my phone dinged, and it was them, checking up on a problem I had. The support guy, Diesel, really knows his products, and does a great job on follow up.

Finally heard from Tim in customer service yesterday. Said they were inundated from request that came in over the Memorial Day weekend. He initiated the return and got me sorted out. Hopefully the next one doesn't go pop like the first. If it does, I'm sure they'll honor a refund request.
