Just got a new hammock from Brandon and crew in Dream-Tex dark foliage green (to me it’s almost charcoal with a hint of green and brown - lovely color!). I’m liking the softer texture, too. I’d say it feels just a little less stretchy than my old 1.7 Eldorado, but very similar (a bit like the support of my old-old double layer 1.1 blackbird). I guess that would track with the Dream-Tex’s slightly higher comfort/weight rating, as stated in earlier posts.

Nice work as always, Warbonnet! I’m really pleased with it.

Thanks for the comment, I've been wanting to upgrade my dbl 1.1 OG Blackbird to the dream-tex single layer to save several ounces and get the other benefits of the fabric.

Has anyone taken any pics of the new colors? The WB website doesn't seem to depict them accurately. In fact, when building a custom two tone Wooki, it'll show the black bottom layer as blue. I'm particularly interested in the Dark Foilage and Autumn orange. Thanks.

Have you ever seen Xenon fabric in Orange? Warbonnet’s Autumn Orange is a near perfect match to that. It’s not a bright glowing orange like Robic 1.2. It’s not very brownish either like the pics might lead you to believe. More of a deep, flat, darkish orange.

The autumn orange wasn't as deep of a brown-orange as I thought from what my monitor displayed. I had to email Brandon to make sure that I got the right color hammock. In the picture, the autumn orange ridgerunner is on the left and a chameleon in burnt orange hexon 1.0 is on the right. The autumn orange is slightly darker. It is a nice fabric, though.

That is a nice color of orange. I just pulled the trigger on the single layer fern green. My first blackbird. I am beyond excited.

Congrats!! I don't think you'll be disappointed. I'm waiting until I see the Dark Foilage, before pull the trigger myself.

I know what you mean. I have the foliage in membrane on one of my tarps and I LOVE it. Actually foliage and blaze orange are kind of my go to colors.
