The video might be my new fav for the Beckett Hitch. This adds to the catalogue of the best hammock instructional videos around.
I've recently started using the beckett hitch instead of hardware as well. So far I like it and no slipping. I also now use a truckers hitch on my tarp tie outs secured with a beckett. Both knots pull out easily. Great way to ditch the hardware and still get solid tensioning on my guy lines.

Looks great! What's the weight on a pair of these going to be? And does the strap stay pretty flat around the tree? Currently using the Beckett hitch with some spider 1.5 webbing from Dutch at 1.5 grams per foot, but am consistently annoyed by how much it bunches up and rolls in on itself.
TiP: if you have to use larger 2-3" tree huggers you can larks head them to the uhmwpe straps and use a caribiner girth hitch like in the video below or use Adutchable clips.

I think it performs most similar to Venom of all commercial webbings I have sampled
The Dynaweave is 2.0 g/ft, and has a tensile strength of 1750 lbs
I'd say like all the lightweight UHMWPE webbings I have sampled they all need to be flattened by hand (seconds of effort) before taken around the tree also making sure it isn't twisted as it is wrapped around. But I have not sampled the 1.5 spider or anything that low in strength, so hard to say how it compares to something that minimal...but the handling of the Dynaweave is going to be similar to webbings in the 2-2.5 g/ft range like venom and myerstech webbings.
FWIW, the bunching up of the webbing is precisely what makes it so easy to tie knots in, I feel like webbing that bunches up like rope is a huge positive at the slight inconvenience of needing to smooth out the part that touches the tree
Sees like a super easy set up. Love my cinch buckles though......
