There is no difference in the insulating power between duck and goose and or color as long as you are comparing 850 fill to 850 fill ect.

For down sleeping bags a lofting power of 600-650 is considered good quality, 700 - 750 is considered very good, and 800 - 950+ is considered excellent

Yeah, whether it is duck or goose down has no influence on the functionality. The fill power is what matters.
