I have one of those Thermarest bug shelters-- I like that it has a floor. Did you add the spreader bars to the bug shelter? Interesting idea

Welcome to HF! My wife was originally from Korea and immigrated to the US when she was about 30. She remained very much Korean in customs until her death about 1 1/2 yrs. ago (miss her a lot). So I still sort of have a bunch of in-laws in S. Korea as she had seven brothers and sisters, of whom I had the honor of meeting several of them. There is also quite of few S. Koreans in Bozeman, MT who I've met over the years because my wife was known as the "Bozeman welcome wagon ;-). It looks like you are into bike touring as well as hanging..

몇몇 분들만 조용히 즐기시는 것 같습니다.^^

Even if you look at the picture, I'm sure you understand.
I used both some plastic snap and four duralumin tent pole(7.9mm)
