Hello everyone. I won't know if I can attend until closer to the date. I may have to run an errand for my family that weekend that will prevent me from coming. Also my winter camping is somewhat weather dependent. Mid 30's at night and at least 48 during the day--you might see me. That is, if I am allowed back after last time. I checked the recipe for Lobster Thermidor and it does not call for spam. We might be able to do green eggs and spamI like Spam and eggs...... Spam Spam Spam Spam. I like spam spam eggs bacon and lobster thermidor with a side of spam.

The Terminator has two dutch ovens of Beef stew simmering on the stove top that will be served at the hang. Smells good.

Have to admit I got gear envy from Pappy. He has a nice griddle he brought last hang and I really wanted it. I think it will be easier to cook on than the Coleman. Anyway, I had greg order me one. It will be used alot. More versatile. Pappy did stir fry .

The Sp'getti sauce and Beef Stew are bagged and in the freezer waiting for the hang. Of course I was forced to sample the Beef Stew to ensure it would meet the standards of the hang ( as soon as I know what the standards are I will let you know ). Tasted good to me. Beef was tender, carrots cooked, potatoes were tender and onions tasted...well onioney with lots of sauce suitable for being sopped up with chucks of bread.
I guess I will have to pick up a couple of cans of Spam.
