I just bought Dutchware spider daisy and mantises a couple of weeks ago. I’m a fan of daisy chain except for the weight, but the spider daisy is so light, it’s a game changer. The ease of hanging and adjustment and ease of setting a bias toward feet high (count loops) are awesome and with spider daisy, the increased weight over other suspension options is almost negligible. I did buy the mantis version that is spliced onto a continuous loop. I just snatched out the old loos from my Half-Zipped and slid these right in. I haven’t had it outside with gloved hands, but I’ve played with it a good bit and I have no concern with me being able to push the mantis into a loop and hook the other side of the continuous loop on the open hook in any conditions. Of course the real test is the woods. I’ll update when I know, but I anticipate no issues
