Expect delays 11-25-18

We got pretty slammed this week and we are running a few days behind on orders. This is especially true for printed items. Although our printer can work 24 hours a day, it takes about an hour to print one hammock. Then it has to go to the sewing department. On that note, most of our seamstresses came in this weekend to try and get caught up. However we have depleted most of our back stock and we now getting products made on by first in first out basis. Some orders are 7 days old but most of them are waiting for Quality Assurance to inspect them tomorrow and will ship soon. My immediate goal is to get out all of last weeks orders by Wednesday or Thursday. I believe we will be caught up sometime next week and back to our usual shipping time. Thank you everyone for your patience and support as we will do this the best we can.

Appreciate the heads up! Just ordered my first Dutch hammock, 11 ft netless hexon 2.4 in dark olive. Can’t wait to try it out, my only other hammocks a Kammok Roo.

I figured you were slammed. Does the delay apply to non printed/sewn items?

Everything I ordered doesn’t require a seamstress.

All orders are delayed more than usual. However if you have a deadline, email us. It will take this week to get caught up. Hopefully next week will be normal.
