6' Webbing strap with 1" buckle and slider $1.88
2 sets of 1" buckle and sliders $.58
2 Sets of 2" buckles and sliders $.68
4 sets of cordlocks $.68
That is crazy cheap. They probably aren't the greatest quality, but I bet they are just as good as anything they sell at Joanne Fabrics. To give you a comparison, 1" buckle with no slider at Joanne's is almost $4. 6' of 1" webbing is $4.

I would not trust Wally World straps and buckles for anything but lashing things to a pack. Under NO circumstances would I consider using them as a suspension. Webbing comes in various qualities and materials. I have heard of people who have had good luck with the ratchet straps they got from wally world. But those straps would not be granted the privilege of holding my butt off the ground. YMMV but be careful of them. I've had light weight polypro webbing abrade to the point of failure and lightweight polyester webbing do the same thing.

Bobbin Tension - A Personal Viewpoint
I bought a whole bunch just to play around with. I thought about making a small daypack or something for my dog. Maybe using them for the lid on a G-4 pack. Stuff that I could live without if it broke.
I used the cordlocks on a couple stuff sacks I made tonight. Figure of they break, no biggie...just tie them.
Again, I know they aren't great quality, but comparing them (the buckles) toa few I have left over from Joannes, they are at least as good as those...and a 16th of the price.

Bobbin Tension - A Personal Viewpoint
I bought a pair of those 1" buckles to replace the metal buckles on the top flap on my Alice pack. Much cheaper than the "replacement" buckles. I went back and bought the remaining 3 packs. The quality is up there with most of the ones you would find local. No, I would not hang from them, but for lashing and securing things to your gear, no problem.
