I was considering packing my hammock (WBBB) and 20 deg TQ/UQ in one stuff sack for backpacking. Anyone have success with this? What size of stuff sack would you recommend?

What you're proposing sounds like what a lot of folks call a lazy slug tube. If you search on that term you may find more specifics. There's also the Big Pig sack which Warbonnet just announced.

"...the height of hammock snobbery!"
Another option is to use no stuff sack and simply stuff your quilts into the bottom of the pack. And use a small stuff sack or bishop bag for the hammock.

Trash compactor bag should also work.
I just stuffed everything into my liner on the AT. I abandoned a stuff sack for my Blackbird a few days in and just rolled it up and shoved that down on top of the quilts
Stuff sacks are a pita. And not comfortable as you get into frameless packs for me.
Recently iv gone back to no sacks for my quilts. Stuff them into the bottom of my bag in a nylaflume bag or compactor bag. Compress as desired and close the bag.
Easier and quicker then stuff sacks, and more comfortable to wear.
I have the sld version of the slug tube. Make sure it's made of mesh as ripstop wont let the air out. It was fine but I found it easier to take down my uq/tq/hammock separately then wrestle the system into a tube and then pack that. Person preference there. Slug was still years better then stuff sacks.
I have only used my slug tube in dry weather.Anyone ever use them in wet weather and have some water get in your pack?Did your down get wet?Just curious as to how much protection it would provide in really wet conditions.
I double bag my feathers because I had a little hole in a compactor bag once.
SLD's 8' standard catch-all sack will fit a hammock and two 20° quilts. It's made from silpoly and quite waterproof. If I don't think ahead, it takes awhile to get the air out of it while packing.
