Hello,
I purchased a Jarbidge underquilt on the 22nd of November, but have yet to hear anything about production or get an email acknowledging production, except for the automated email when I placed my order. Your website still says the waiting times for top quilts and underquilts are 2-6 days and I understand you are quite busy for the Thanksgiving period, but when do you think I’ll be able to get an update on my quilt?

Out of curiosity, I checked their production status page and there are two quilts that match your orderdate and quilt type. You might want to check there to see if one of them is indeed yours. Also I didn't get an update on my order directly from Arrowhead, but rather from a 3rd party that they must have used for shipping. You might want to check your junk mail just in case your shipping notification ended up there by mistake.
Yeah, I got an email yesterday explaining the whole situation and got a tracking number soon after. Apparently the fabric supplier was delayed, which had a domino effect.
What I thought was strange/quirky was I got the automated email asking to rate my new quilt before getting the shipping notice.

I want to write an update for everyone to see.
I received the underquilt and am extremely happy with it. Great construction, quick shipping (considering where I live), and the design is really unique. What surprises me is I can’t seem to see a repetition in the pattern, which pleases me immensely.
Great work AHE, I am definitely a satisfied customer!

Looks great! When RBTR announced they had licensed those patterns, they mentioned it having a base repeat of 50". The Jarbidge dimensions are 42" x 58" and the roll of fabric is probably 60" wide, so if the long dimension of the quilt was made from the width of the fabric, then the quilt only uses 42" out of the 50" pattern, which would mean no repeat anywhere on it. I got a different quilt from AHE in the Wasteland pattern and really like it. It reminds me a little of a topo map and a little of a board game.
