Hello,
This weekend I did a very windy and cold trip up to Mt Greylock In Massachusetts. A couple of weeks ago, I did another trip on the AT to Riga Shelter in CT. I just like beautiful sunrises. I digress...
On both cases, my feet were very cold. This is something I'm not used to when I used to sleep on the ground. I've isoltard that it isnt my bag - I used and EE Enigma rated to 20 degrees and I sleep with clean socks. Tested this quilt in a tent to isolate that it wasnt the quilt and I slept great.
In my hammock however, same quilt different story.
I have a blackbird double with a 20 degree wookie (full length UQ) and use the same quilt same ckean sock strategy and I wake up with my feet freezing...
I'm 5'9 so I'm not longer than the insulated part of my UQ...
