Tensa4 Hammock stand from Warbonnet

We've been selling these Tensa4 hammock stands for a few weeks now, but we have finally gotten our shipping calculator sorted out. We are able to ship these for $295 plus $18-21 shipping...so around $315 delivered.

If you get a chance could you put up a video or written instructions on the 'Warbonnet approved' way of setting up a Ridge Runner on one? I understand there's some 'fiddling' involved. Thanks!

I knew Raftingtigger and Shug had set them up. I hadn't before today. I took video. Didn't hit any snags really.

I couldn’t be happier with the lay of GEs. Bridge hammocks feel more like a bed or cot to me, which I don’t prefer even at home. This does seem very well made.

I can vouch for the combination now as well.

Forgive the poor images (cell phone + flash + dark).

I have it set up basically as Latherdome describes - narrow baseline, long ridgeline. When I get in the hammock, the stand ridgeline is not droopy, but not very taut either. For suspension, I simply used the CL's at each apex of the Ridgerunner without any straps or buckles. Double looped the CL's at each end around the Tensa poles and made all other adjustments via the 3 UCR's of the stand. Definitely adequate sit height, including room for an underquilt, and there is no interference between the spreader bars and the stand poles. This is my bed for the night.

Looks like the Ridgerunner is flipped upside down in the video?

Well that would be embarrassing. Really? The bugnet pouch is facing up, though. What am i missing?

On mine the net storage pouch is on the inside of the hammock and the Warbonnet tag is on the outside. Sounds like you don’t really use the bridge hammock much though and this was more of an excersize of setting it up on the stand, so I can see how the mistake could be made.

True that: i’m happy with GEs. I suppose I’d have figured it out upon deploying the net.
