Today we attended the memorial service for Marty Gallimore.
There were many tears shed, but more than that the love for Marty and Betty filled the chapel beyond capacity.
The fond stories and cheerful memories that were shared truly memorialized an outstanding man.
Marty knew how to live life to it’s fullest and he did. He never met a stranger.
Everyone was a brother or sister to him. He was a very easy person to like, even love.
I always felt very much at home when I visited with them. I believe everyone did.
Marty was a person that gave far more than he took. The world is a better place because of people like Marty and Betty.
I am very proud to call them friends.
Wilderness Logics is one of the most respected brands in the hammock industry. Known for both innovation and unsurpassed quality.
Also in attendance where two other greats in the hammock world.
Both Dutch and Stormcrow traveled considerable distance to pay homage and respect to their friend and colleague.
I know that Marty and Betty where pleased and honored to have them there.
