Thanks, everyone. Going with a Dutchware double layer netless hammock, 20 degree HG Incubator backed up with a Wilderness Logic Summer quilt. I have a 36" piece of Thermarest Z Lite for back up and I'll wrap it all up in a Dutchware winter sock.

I have a double layer Dutch netless w/ knotty mods that is in like new condition if you are interested.... send me a PM.. if not, no big deal.
I bought it when I planned to use a pad and place in between layers... since then, I moved heavily towards quilts and also have a Chameleon, since the kickstarter launch.
The hammock is < 2 yrs old, non-smoking, no pets, never been soaked in the rain, etc..... Estimate 20 nights in it.

Last winter I used the single layer Costco Gemini underquilt with a 0* Incubator and it worked amazingly well. Because of the clew suspension, I put the Gemini closest to me with the Incubator wrapped around.
