Just wanted to give a shoutout to the folks at Dutchware. I placed an order for a summer sock today, and within 20 minutes I got the confirmation that the order was completed and shipping.
Wonderful customer service and looking forward to the summer sock.
x2 I ordered a Chameleon on a Tuesday and immediately receive the confirmation but it said the hammock would ship in 2 days. I really wanted it by the weekend for a trip so I called them. Within 1 hour of the call I received the "shipped" notice and it arrived on Thursday!!!

Seems we're not keeping them busy enough if they can fill orders that quickly!

I placed an order for various supplies to work on an internal pole mod for my superfly yesterday and within 2 hours had a shipping confirmation. I always heard it was the yeti's who do all the work and not the elves?
