Hammock Newbie from Vancouver BC, Canada

    Howdy,

This is my first (certainly not my last) day on the forums. Recently got interested in the 'art of hanging around' from a friend, got busy and made my first hammock a few weeks ago, then stumbled upon this place.

Hopefully I'll find a load of good people and good info here.

Oh, and here's a video of my rig.

Oh and I can also thank Shug's 'informative' videos for directing me over to the forums too.

Welcome to the forum. This is one of the best places for hammock gear of all kinds and lots of great folks to help. Another good site is Just Jeff's " To The Woods" which gives kind of an all around perspective and also talks specifically about all kinds of gear. Good luck .

Thanks much, in true Canadian fashion we were hoping for a miracle with that gold.

Looking thru the site I have a lot more sewing to do. (Tarp, bugnet, etc)

This Ridgeline business is also a bit tricky.
