Actually, I do the same thing...take my Superfly every trip. i was just making the point that a rectangular tarp in DCF would provide a lot more protection than a hex, with very little weight penalty, and still the same simple 4 set up of 4 staked corners as a hex.

But, yeah, a tarp with doors gives you all the options...and peace of mind!
