Looks like I will make it Friday afternoon. Nice cold snap and a full moon to boot. Let me know if you need anything in particular. More Firewood perhaps?
If anybody decides to wear short shorts at this hang, I will make fun of them. I will ridicule them. Be prepared. You know who you are. We are going to laugh at you.

Bring a splitting maul if you have one so we can downsize some of these pieces. At least that’s what I’m doing.
Caveman’s cousin sells wood just down the road if we need more.
Because there are 3 firepits, a few folks are bringing some bundles of hotsticks just to be chillaxing by a smaller fire. Nothing wrong with that.
But generally speaking, we should be good with something just under a half cord of hardwood. This stuff is around 50% moisture so it should burn nicely but not too quickly.

Happy Thanksgiving all!
If anyone who's planning to attend needs gear or is concerned that what they have won't handle the potential temps (Friday will be chilly), speak up now, so that we can make sure everyone is covered. Don't want anyone freezing on our watch.
Oh, and if anyone has an extra pop up canopy that they can easily bring, in case of weather, that might be helpful. We have enough to take care of the cooking/common areas but another wouldn't hurt.
If not, well make due.
I will probably be there only Friday night. If anybody needs an extra UQ for a Ridgerunner, I will have it. Also, I will bring an extra 20 degree TQ for the colder temps on Friday.
No splitting maul.
I’ve got a 10x10 canopy
