Spraying or soaking your bugnet may help you from getting bit through the net.

That reminds me, Saturday night I get into my hammock and there is a scorpion inside my bugnet. After removing it, after about 20 minutes of searching everything, I get in and see a glimmer of green in the folds of my hammock towards the footend gather. There is a green lizard trying to sleep.

Now, I have soaked my Fronkey bugnet and hammock in permethrin. This leads me to think scorpions and lizards are not effected by permethrin.
Enjoy and have fun with your family, before they have fun without you

Also, ask her about the fireside video. It looked pretty good on her phone as she was recording it.

I'm thinking next trip we need to organize a bushwhack over to Juniper Creek. From the pond it can't be more than a mile due East from camp. Or....we could kind of loop around onto the FS road that runs that direction (Hidden Pond Short...but to the East). Too bad the gate on that road is closed or we could drive to within a mile of camp.

We would need lil'ricky and Great White to lead the way. (you would have had to have been there, LOL)
