    VIDEO: Coosa Trail

    The reviews are in:

Peepul: Total incompetence is too high a praise for this video. Mr. Hornblower continues to disgrace not only himself but his fellow hikers as well. One wonders why they consent to appear in his videos. Either he pays them enormous sums of money or he has something with which to blackmail them. Nothing else can explain this fiasco.

Feeled & Streem: No bear, no deer, no squirrels, not even a bird? No wildlife appears in this video at all. Were these guys really outside or did they shoot this in some studio?

Chessmasters Quarterly: Hammocks, hammocks, hammocks, that's all these guys blabber about. Something's clearly wrong with Hornblower. The other two guys should have left him in the woods.

Enjoyed your trip video, I am sure you removed the 45lb trash from the trail.

Don't tell Five Tango, but we sneaked it into his pack when he wasn't looking and got it out that way.

Maybe that would explain my fatigue about 2 miles shy of the finish line.I wish I could use that excuse but that would be erroneous factuality. The Coosa Trail is pretty tough unless you are in really good shape (which I am not) or reasonably light weight (again not).I did manage to prune 10 oz out of the pack this morning by eliminating a few little odds and ends.

Enjoyable video. Thanks for taking us along. Curious question on why the Cuben Fiber tarp had holes in it? Was it this way from HG?

It arrived on the first delivery with one corner tie out glued but not sewn like the other three. They made good on sewing and when it came back to him the USPS package was seriously damaged and there were two holes in it.HG offered to make it good but Josh, being the nice guy he is,didn't feel it was their fault. But I am wondering if there was no insurance from the shipper etc.Anyone know how it works?I do not know but would assum HG could file a claim with USPS after making the customer whole. No?

Hahaha I love your description of the video. I've only been able to watch a little bit so far, but I'm enjoying it. Thanks for posting!

And thanks for the kind words. As might be obvious, I don't think we take ourselves too seriously.
    Cheers.
