Here's a better idea....put your Beetle Buckle Complete System on sale. Your site says you have 456 of them with the 15' Spider/Poly in stock. Just think how proud he will be of you if you unloaded a bunch of them. I'm betting that 33% off would get them moving out the door!!!

I'm really hoping for some affordable bikepacking accessories to be coming after this trip. Outfitting my bike with bags from some of the better known companies hurts my wallet.
