Great trip! There are some cabins right there I wanted to take the family to sometime, but the big one with a lake view...$2000/week. Ouch!

We must have JUST missed each other. I'm guessing we arrived at 12:30. When we arrived there was a couple with a young girl. We were there for several hours.

Dang, it sure would have been awesome to meet you.

lol Was there about three of you paddling rec kayaks? There was another group that came up at the same time, two guys in a gorgeous red nova craft prospector (canoe) and one guy in a rec kayak.

EDIT: Oh and a group came over portaging from Crooked, went swimming etc.

Yea I look at those grandfathered in private homes at the top of Crooked Lake when I paddle in/out that way and cry, cry like a little kid. Must be amazing.

I remember a group of guys swimming. The one guy dropped his boat in the water and it made a huge BOOMING crash. I don't remember how many of them there were. Maybe 4-6. They could have come from Crooked lake.
