Quick tip for dealing with condensation: use a fleece sleeping bag liner. The fleece does a good job of wicking away sweat (to a point) while still keeping you warm. My warm weather quilt is just fleece with a ripstop nylon backing. It works great down to about 50 degrees (for me).

    Gossamer Gear sells foam pads
    3/16 inch thick? Can’t remember.
I had a 40 inch wide by 70 inch long pad.
That width is good, so you don’t slide off or hang off and get cold spots.
A thick pad, if wide enough might have some uncomfortable wrinkles as it adapts to curve shape of hammock
With a larger pad, you can always trim it down in width or length with a good scissors.

Even though my pad worked great, I no longer have it after getting underquilt.

Shug has some great YouTube videos about hammocks, tarps, suspensions and insulation both pads and quilts!
