Having found a video on using a toggle with a ridgeline it is now clear what he was looking for. He wasn't just looking for a toggle, he was looking for a toggle with two holes in it. Once I realized how it was to be used, it was obvious that a toggle with a single slot wasn't going to work very well. Doing a Google search for plastic toggle with two holes gave me a lot of hits. The ones suggested in this thread would work just fine (well, not the single slot one I suggested, but the other ones). I Wanted to tie them to prusicks and rund then thru the D-rings on the tarp.
Could be wrong, but those almost look homemade. Plastic dowel with a drilled hole.
I thought the same thing. Was going to grab some dowels at the cake decorating shop near me this weekend and cut 'em and drill 'em myself.
