Anyone know where one can buy plastic toggles to use for a tarp on a CRL? I see them in videos, but when I Google them I get nothing but spring loaded shock cord locks. I did not see them on any of the usual vendor sites either.

myerstechhammocklab on eBay sells them as well. You can buy the complete tarp ridgeline or just the toggles.
I got mine from Myerstech Hammock Labs. I Messaged him on Facebook. The toggles work really well!

I almost did, but these seem more conducive to using on grosgrain than on cordage (for tarp tensioning). I reckon though, you could pass both ends of some cordage through the slot, tie a stopper knot on each end, and it would work as the OP intends. If I already had a reason to buy something from DWG and was looking for such toggles, I'd definitely just tack these onto the order at $0.20 a pop.Originally Posted by scrope
No need to buy something really... find something vaguely toggle shaped, drill 2 holes, and put them to work.
I use electrical butt connectors. Gotta make my CL's smaller....the picture shows the prototype.
