    Bulletproof Hammock material

Any mfgrs out there make bullet proof hammocks. No artillery, just something to stop .260 Rem, .270 WSM, 6.5x55 SE, 7mm Rem Mag, or a .308. We get a lot of hunters where we bed down, and looking to stay hole-free. Thanks!

You aren't going to get a fabric that will turn those kind of rounds without ballistic plates behind. I think your best bet for bedding down in a hot zone is to invest in a good entrenching tool.
It don't mean a thing, if it ain't got that swing!

A bullet proof hammock? If you ever can find one you will also need a pack mule/ donkey for transport. Cannibal might be able to help with transport.?

Pack in about 6 class 3 torso plates. Line your hammock before you hop in. All good.

I should be getting my hands on a bunch of carbon nanotubes in the relatively near future and plan to experiment with them suspended in polyurethane as a potential new fabric waterproofing. I hear nanotubes make pretty good bulletproofing also, so who knows. ;-)

RRg came to my mind as well..

But, to give a legitimate answer to the OP before this thread eventually gets shut down, no I don't believe anyone manufactures what you're looking for...but, based on your suggestion to others to cover everything in reflective tape in hunting season, perhaps you could research bulletproof tape. Then everything can be covered in both varieties of tape.
Even better, you could always be the first to come out with reflective bullet proof tape.

Rockets Redglare is back! I hang over the dying fire.

Does anyone make bulletproof tarps? Bulletproof underquilts or topquilts? What about bulletproof pajamas?

I wish I understood the joys of trolling. I cannot fathom how the OP derives any pleasure from posting things like this. If anyone ever took the OP seriously, those days are officially over.
