Is the MRS20 Moroccan Blue outer a 20D fabric?
Yes! My 0* bandit is 20D Moroccan Blue and Burnt Orange M10 inside. I went to the overfill too. Love it!

Optionally, you can get the outer shell of the Bandit in M10 (taffeta, non-ripstop) also. Really nice feeling fabric.
