There are 4 struts per Tensa4. Yes we plan to sell bundles and extender kits.

Good stuff!
I look forward to a little idea brainstorming at MAHHA sqidmark.
Hopefully this winter I'll have some time to work on a DynaTensa9 Family Festival Pavilion prototype. It's too cool a concept not to make a reality.

After some more testing, here's my update on the seam sealing scenario.
At about the same time that Shug reported to me a couple drips starting to form along the center seams and at the pole ciips of his DynaFly after a heavy rain, I was also testing a DynaFly with the same 2 coats of Gear Aid Fast Cure applied to the interior seams. Mine was set up on a Tensa4 in porch mode with one side elevated high enough that water was running up against the bottom lip of my flat felled seams. I started to see water drops form at the "lower" seam threads after a day of steady PNW rain. I realized that despite my reinforcement, there is a vulnerability at the bottom lip of the flat felled seam. When the reinforced fabric is folded over for sewing, there is no tape in that layer of the seam to prevent water from reaching the inner thread under the seam lip. With PU4000, that layer of the seam is the silicone side and I never considered taping where it won't stick. The following video will clearly show how vulnerable it is as it stands:
In the end, I've always intuited that the best seam sealing will inevitably be achieved from the top down. Any sealant applied to the interior has to withstand the overall saturation that the seam endures, regardless of reinforcement. Anything applied to the exterior helps prevent the seam saturation in the first place. Perhaps, with more experimentation, I will find a way to secure my reinforced seams without ruining the DynaFly's exterior aesthetics, but in the meantime I cannot deny that the tried and true, exterior silicone, remains a winner.

If you ever put out an instructional, I'll be sure to give it a go on the machine. would make for a great week project! Awesome design!
Thank you Travv801!
It'll definitely be a bit before I could put anything together. I'm currently starting the process of breaking down my shop for an impending move. I hope to have my new shop set up by the end of November so I can get back to work. I'll keep you posted as things progress.
